In general

Our exchange and return policy has an estimated time of 15 days from the date you received your order. If more days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, in the original packaging and used intimate or sanitary items cannot be exchanged for your safety. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts through no fault of our own, will not be accepted.

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you must send it by mail to Colombia and you must contact us at (+57) 312 397 8413 to schedule the shipment. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on your place of residence, it is the delivery time. If you are returning higher value items you can get a discount coupon on our page for future purchases. If the product has a defect, we will assume the costs of your shipment, keep in mind that the exchange processes may take more than 8 business days, since our team must verify each detail of the garment. If at the time of the change or return you have a credit balance, this will be rewarded in discount vouchers from our store, but not in money, Cioline Store, in its return policy, is not authorized to make money returns.
